Tour Operator Saizen Pty Ltd
Tour Price Prices are based on airfare, transportation, accommodation and foreign exchange rates as at the date of booking. The tour prices quoted may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations or increases affecting the price of services generally. Saizen Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust the tour price or modify the tour if necessary. No alteration to the tour price will be made after full payment has been received.
Payment Schedule Upon confirmation a non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is payable within 14 days of group booking. Payment of a group deposit indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions of Saizen Tours.
Full payment will be required 65 days prior to departure. Please note that failure to make payments by the due date
may jeopardise group bookings. Saizen Tours is not responsible for suppliers treating your booking as a cancellation for payments received after the due date. Delays in final payment may also lead to delays in final documents being processed. Any changes made after group confirmation is received will incur a $50 fee per amendment. Payment not received by due date will incur a $300 late fee. No changes permitted after full payment. Names are required 90 days prior to departure.
Cancellations Bookings cancelled after full payment or 65 days or less from the date of departure are subject to a fee of $300 per person plus any airline cancellation penalties on issued tickets and up to 100% of total land arrangements. No refund is available for cancellations after the tour has commenced. Tours are based on arrangements that do not allow for any refunds in respect to sightseeing, meals, accommodation, airfare or other services not utilised. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Minimum Tour Numbers Tours have been priced on the basis of a minimum number of passengers having booked 65 days prior to the date of departure. Saizen Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify tour costs due to insufficient numbers.
Travel Documents All passengers will need to hold a valid passport, which must have at least (6) months validity beyond the trip. No visa is required for Australian passport holders travelling to Japan for a period of less than 90 days.
Kindly note that passport and visa requirements are your responsibility. Saizen Tours does not accept responsibility for your failure to ensure that you have correct travel documents.
Responsibility Saizen Pty Ltd will not be responsible and will be excluded from liability for any loss, damage, omission or acts being negligent or otherwise, committed by the operators of airlines, rail travel, accommodation suppliers or attractions used in connection with the tours. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, delay, change of schedule or any other events which are beyond our direct control, such as, but not limited to, war, flood, civil disturbance, acts of God, acts of Government, or any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action. Saizen Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any losses arising, directly or indirectly, from; the refusal, failure or inability of any company, company or organisation, including but not limited to any airline, other transportation provider, hotel, car rental agency, booking agent or other provider of travel or tourism related services, by reason of their own Financial Default or the Financial Default of any person, company or organisation with whom or with which they deal.
Acknowledgement/Acceptance
Terms and Conditions are acknowledged and accepted once deposits have been forwarded to confirm a school group tour to Japan.
