Saizen Tours is delighted that your school is considering planning a trip to Japan. A Japan Tour is an ideal way to bring the language and culture taught in the classroom to life and broaden the horizons for those students travelling to Japan. As teachers we understand that your main aim is to teach so allow us then the opportunity to assist your school with their travel needs.

STEP-BY-STEP PLANNING OF YOUR TRIP

Step One: 

Choose an itinerary to suit your school’s individual budgetary and travel requirements and contact Saizen Tours. We will discuss all aspects of the tour and provide a customised quote for your accommodation, airfares, rail pass if applicable, tour bookings and complimentary teachers. You simply conduct a tour meeting at your school for interested students and their parents.

Step Two: 

Upon confirmation of student numbers, collect a tour deposit from the students. Saizen Tours requires a $300 non-refundable deposit per person to confirm your booking. Upon receipt of this deposit, we would be pleased to provide you with a detailed costing for the non-inclusions of your selected tour. Usually a representative from your school will continue tour meetings and/or lessons to provide necessary information and maintain student interest.

Step Three: 

A full name list of those students travelling on the tour must be forwarded to Saizen Tours 90 days before travel. Full payment should be received 65 days before travel. After ticketing, you will receive a group travel pack including airline tickets, travel documents and a variety of travel brochures and booklets applicable to your chosen tour. We provide all travel details as per your itinerary including good restaurant tips, train times, sightseeing information and transfers. We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have about your chosen tour.

Step Four: 

Travel to Japan and have a fantastic time. Don’t forget to let us know how your trip went. We would love to hear from you upon your return.
